“What Would Mo Do?”

“What Would Mo Do?”

Over the many decades I have been in leadership, I have received thousands of questions asking me for advice on specific situations and circumstances. When I’ve been lucky enough to be face to face with the questioner, I have relished the opportunity to share my wisdom! Often times, though, the questions come to me in the form of letters, emails or comments on my social media posts, and while I would love to answer each one personally, I simply often don’t have the time to answer as thoroughly as I want to!!

While I had been hoping to be able to produce a weekly “live Q&A” on my website, my schedule is just too varied to be consistent! Recently, I’ve had a few people ask me if I would consider recording a weekly podcast series: something that could be downloaded and listened to, rather than in video form like my “Mornings With Mo” mentoring videos. It came to me that a podcast would be the solution i’ve been looking for!!

I am exploring the idea of a new weekly podcast series titled, “What Would Mo Do?” which will collect questions from our MoAnderson.com followers (and more!) and which will give me a platform to answer the questions in a personal way on the air! I believe that this podcast is going to give me a chance to connect more with all of you, and allow you all to ask me candid questions that require a solid answer.

Questions can be on just about any topic you would like to hear from me on! Whether it’s how to implement a standard of “God – Family – Business” in your office, to women in leadership, to juggling demands of being a working parent, upholding expectations, working towards a dream or getting yourself out of a sticky business relationship, I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Send in your questions through the “Messages to Mo” tab on this website, or simply comment below and I will be happy to consider your question for an upcoming podcast! Mentoring is all about relationships and I am thrilled to begin this new one with all of you!
